My mission is to empower women of all ages and through all stages of life. My focus is on prenatal and postpartum exercise, as well as wellness, but I love working with people of all fitness levels. I’ve always been active but I find as I get older, it gets more challenging. I’ve learned that you just have to adapt to life’s changes and make exercise a lifestyle rather than a chore. Helping others feel good about themselves and learn to love being healthy is what inspires and motivates me.
